ice

Winter has many faces: bitter cold, snow and ice.  It occasionally grants us a few days of warmth.  These leaves peeking out from beneath the ice are a result of warmth.  The texture of the leaves contrasts with the hard, cold ice.  A reminder to appreciate all the faces of winter!

  1. Wow! That’s a really cool photo! And as a Bostonian, I can only appreciate how you can SEE the leaves as all or leaves are still buried

    • Thank you! We’re also mostly covered in snow still. That’s actually a path that we shoveled so I could get around to take photos! I’m so glad you stopped by and commented!
